  • If you have a dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) or Partner Manager, please continue to contact them directly for support. 
  • If you do not have a dedicated CSM, please email support@ekata.com. You will receive an automatic reply with a case number when you contact us through this email.  
  • You may also register or login to MastercardConnect.com to submit a support request. Once registered, you can access Support Case Management through the Help Center.
