We are proud to announce that our Senior Vice President of Global Account Services, Ting Van Osdol, has been honored in two award programs as a customer service leader to watch. She won Executive of the Year in the 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Award presented by Business Intelligence Group, and Customer Service Leader of the Year and Woman of the Year in Customer Service in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Ting manages a rapidly growing customer base of Fortune 100 companies across Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, and North America. Ekata’s incredible 120% customer retention rate, as well as quarter-over-quarter growth from existing customers, is attributable in no small part to Ting’s leadership, thoughtfulness, and commitment to building enduring customer relationships.

Business Intelligence Group Excellence in Customer Service nominations were judged by a select group of business leaders and executives who volunteer their time and expertise to score submissions. Each Stevie Awards entry was judged by a collection of customer service professionals around the globe.

One of the judges said, “Ting is obviously a strong leader and on the rise. Her accomplishments and commitment to excellence speak for themselves.” Another noted, “It’s easy to see how Ting’s hard work and reputation for taking on tough challenges have earned her a spot among the most senior leaders at Ekata.”

Ting’s grace, compassion, and commitment has earned her an internal and external reputation for building lifelong enduring customer relationships and loyalty. She proactively puts the interests of customers first, instilling in her team the long-term perspective that the decisions they make today will impact relationships for many years to come.

Ting joined Ekata as a customer service agent in 2014, when we were still Whitepages Pro and had fewer than 20 employees. Since then she has steadily assumed new roles with increasing responsibility, earning promotions to Customer Service Manager, Director of Account Services, and most recently to her current role as Senior Vice President of Global Account Services.

“Ting’s growth progression and performance results are impressive,” another judge shared. “It is clear she is willing to roll up her sleeves and overcome challenges to ensure her organization is not only successful but thrives.”
